Simone, passionate about pizza since childhood, was born in Italy and studied the kitchen sector from the age of fourteen. Later, he specialized in pizza, traveling Europe with the aim of finding the method with which to captivate and surprise his customers. During his career, Simone has passed through many high-level kitchens, among others, the Different Restaurant, a signature kitchen that helped him train and then achieve his dream: to convert the concepts of haute cuisine in a dish as emblematic as pizza.
